A team outside of CEGCYRA is allowed to borrow up to 10 basketballs, volleyballs or soccer balls as long as their season is not during the time of that CEGCYRA sponsored sport.  In other words, basketball teams cannot borrow basketballs during CEGCYRA basketball seasons, volleyball teams cannot borrow volleyballs during CEGCYRA volleyball season, etc.  The team must be coached by an adult who is also responsible for the equipment.  The balls must be returned when the season is complete and in good working order.  Any lost or damaged equipment must be replaced.  Replacement equipment will be purchased by CEGCYRA and the team will be billed.  In return for allowing the team to use CEGCYRA equipment, the team will be charged the following:

Teams borrowing 1-5 basketballs: The team will pay CEGCYRA $50 to purchase a new Wilson Evolution basketball.

Teams borrowing 1-5 volleyballs or soccer balls: The team will pay CEGCYRA $30 to purchase a new Tachikara volleyball or Nike soccer ball. 

Teams borrowing 6-10 basketballs: The team will pay CEGCYRA $100 to purchase 2 new Wilson Evolution basketballs.

Teams borrowing 6-10 volleyballs or soccer balls: The team will pay CEGCYRA $60 to purchase 2 new Tachikara volleyballs or 2 new Nike soccer balls. 

Unfortunately, CEGCYRA does not allow outside teams to borrow uniforms as our uniforms need to last multiple seasons and we need to reduce wear and tear on uniforms as much as possible.
