CVLL softball players had the privilege of learning pitching fundamentals from pitching great Alicia Hollowell this week. The girls worked on 2 and 4 seam grips, foot drag, wrist flicks and power lines with Alicia. Alicia is a former collegiate four-time All-American, retired professional softball pitcher and former U of A softball assistant coach.
