2026 CVLL All Star Commitment LetterPLAYER ELIGIBILITY & REQUIRED FORMS
Eligibility• An eligible player must have played in 8 regular season games.
• Proof of either attending public or private school in our CVLL boundaries or living in our boundaries must be verified.
If you are unsure if you qualify through your school or residence, you can use the following link and type in your address and your school's address. Whichever one of those pops up Canyon View, you can use for eligibility. Some people live outside the boundary but attend an eligible school and vice versa.
https://www.littleleague.org/play-little-league/league-finder/Required FormsFor school attendance, you will need to complete the school enrollment form. For proof of residency you will have to provide one from each group of documents as described in the residency overview. The school form is the easiest so if possible, we recommend using that.
Additionally, we will need an
ORIGINAL copy of the players birth certificate.
We will not collect forms until after teams are formed and they are not required for tryouts.Players who established “residence” or “school attendance” for regular season and/or tournament in a prior season using the Tournament Player Verification form, and can produce the form with proper proofs and signatures, will NOT need to complete a new Tournament Player Verification form.
Last thing, for players that don't meet either eligibility requirement, but have played in the league continuously since age 7, there is still an option. Please reach out to the All-Star Committee at
[email protected] to discuss the forms that will be required.
