District 2 Umpire Clinic

NMLL baseball games are umpired by volunteers – people like you who want to support the community, our kids and neighbors, and a non-profit program.  Each team is expected to provide 1 or 2 volunteer umpires.  Volunteer umpires are moms, dads, brothers, sisters, grandparents, and friends. YOU! Please consider becoming an Umpire for NMLL.

Little League prides itself on not being just a baseball program, but a true leadership program where volunteers are able to teach life lessons through baseball to children that will consequently support their goals as players.  This is an incredible responsibility, but more importantly, a great opportunity.  Umpires teach the finer points of fair play, enforce rules in an equitable manner and make the experience for those children the best, most fun and most positive it can be.

NMLL requires least (1) Coach from each team to attend the Umpire Clinic in addition to other volunteer umpires the team can gather. The more Umpires we have results in better experiences for the players and teams.

If you have question, feel free to contact our Umpire Coordinator TBD.
