In order for NMLL to be successful, we need everyone to be involved!  Parents of registered players are required to volunteer a minimum of 4 hours per month during the baseball season or you may pay an opt-out fee of $50.00.  The attached form should be printed, signed and uploaded when you register.  Should registration be closed, please email to [email protected].

2020 Volunteer Application (Must be completed by Board Members, Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Umpires)
2019 Volunteer Application (Basic) (Concessions Stand, Team Mom, etc.) 

All coaches, players, parents, and volunteers must review and sign a code of conduct form prior to the start of the season.  Please print and submit the form with your Spring 2023 registration.  If registration is closed, email your signed form to [email protected].
