The Angels Organization is looking for coaches and new teams for the upcoming 2018/2019 season. Age groups 8U through 16U in both Baseball and Softball are available for new teams. The Angels have been a part of student athlete development on and off the field for past 25 years.

Coach Matt Kunes will hold tryouts from 4-6pm, on Sunday August 12th at Ascension Lutheran Church - 23401 23 Mile Road., Macomb, MI (located on 23 Mile Road, east of North Ave.). Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Anchor Bay Angels 10U will be competing in MABF and play 6-8 tournaments, including two out of town. This team will have winter practices at our own private 3 cage facility and at Elite Training Facility in Shelby Twp. We will also have speed and agility training 1-2 times per week. Coach Dale Smith will hold tryouts from 5-7pm, on Sunday July 29th and on Monday, July 30th from 6-8pm at Ascension Lutheran Church - 23401 23 Mile Road., Macomb, MI (located on 23 Mile Road, east of North Ave.). Please arrive 15 minutes early.
We will be playing our 2018-2019 season with a combination of: MABF league play (spring/summer) and we will enter 4-6 tournaments (possible fall entry, 2 winter dome entries and the remaining in the spring/summer).
We will have practice, likely twice a week. Through the fall, we will be outdoors (weather pending) and we will later head indoors to our TWO training facilities for the winter months.

Anchor Bay Angels 12U 2019 Tryouts, Saturday July 28
th at 10:00 AM at Angels Field behind Ascension Lutheran Church 23401 23 Mile road, Macomb Mi. We are currently looking for 2-3 players a Middle Infielder and Outfielder with Pitching a plus. We will be competing in 4-5 Tournaments including Cal Ripken in Myrtle Beach plus participating in the Michigan Amateur Baseball Federation. This team will have winter practices at our own private 3 cage facility and at Elite Training facility in Shelby Twp. We will also have speed and agility training 1-2 times per week. This is an early tryout for a new team coached by Denis Drumb, Current Varsity coach with Stevenson High School. MABF and HS coach for 18+ years with multiple League Championships. I have had the privilege to coach players that have gone onto play College baseball and two sons through their baseball youth career. I will help with the player’s mental approach to the game of baseball and help increasing baseball knowledge and fundamentals to prepare them for the next level. 13U The Anchor Bay Angels 13U-Lee is looking for a pitcher and a utility player. Player must be highly committed to our off season and in season events. The Angels are going to be involved in 2 fall tournaments, 4 winter tournaments, winter dome ball season, 7-8 summer tournaments, 12 weeks of CrossFit, Hitting once a week at our facility, full infield situations and drills at elite indoor sports, and much more.
