The staff at Minnesota E.F.F.O.R.T would like to thank you for taking part of your time to learn about the program. Although we are in our first year as an organization (2019 season), our coaches want emphasize to players the importance of developing as a young person alongside their improvement as a basketball player. Effort and strong work ethic are very important skills in anything you do in life, and can make a huge difference in regards to basketball. Therefore they are two of the main attributes our coaches look for in players. Our name also describes the type of players and parents that we hope to have in our organization, as E.F.F.O.R.T is an acronym for Energy, Family, Focus, Opportunity, Respect, and Trust.

We plan on playing in approximately 6-8 tournaments each year from Sioux Falls to Omaha to the Twin Cities Metro or the Rochester Area, with a focus of playing a majority of our tournaments in Sioux Falls. We also plan on having 2 practices per week
