In Person Registration Dates

In Person Registration and Document Turn In for IV Little League will be held at the Kerby Belt Building this year.

If you signed up online, you can turn in the required documents on these dates to complete your registration.

Sat., Jan. 22 - 12 to 2
Tues., Jan. 25 - 5:30 to 7:30
Sun., Feb. 6 - 12 to 2
Tues., Feb. 8 - 5:30 to 7:30

at the Kerby Belt Building 24353 Redwood Hwy, Kerby

To complete registration you will need the following documents*:

your child's birth certificate
three proofs of address as listed in the chart below (unless your child has previously submitted or plans to submit a school enrollment form)

*If you are not able to gather the documents before the registration dates, you can still sign up and we will collect the documents from you at a later date.
