So You Want to Volunteer!

Volunteers fill many roles -- from our Board of Directors, to team managers, coaches and team parents -- and we invite you to share your talents with our community!

As a chartered member of Little League Baseball, ALL our volunteers are required to pass a background check each year. Anyone who wishes to be on the field or work in ANY capacity with our children MUST fill out a volunteer application. The purpose of these background checks is to protect our children by providing as safe an environment as possible. Therefore, failure to complete and submit the volunteer application form by those required to do so may result in that person being barred from participation in the Illinois Valley Little League and all related activities.

Every volunteer must fill out a new volunteer application and background check every year. To help protect information and to streamline the process we have got to a secured online application.
