Equipment

Softballs and Bats

In the City of Gainesville, Player Safety is our number one concern. The following softballs are the only approved softballs for league play:
  1. Worth Classic M (Gold Dot) and Worth Classic W (Green Dot)
  2. Dudley Classic M and W (Thunder ZN) or (Thunder Heat)
  3. DeMarini Classic M and W (Lightning)

Softball Bats must be tested at the beginning of every Spring and Fall Season. The Spring and Summer Season will use the same sticker for certified bats.

Bats must meet USSSA requirements to be considered legal for league play. Any altered bats will be turned away and not be considered for testing. Also, all bats must have the USSSA Stamp.
