Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the CSRA Heat will not be holding Middle School League the fall of 2020. We plan to hold them again in 2021, unless the schools start having middle school teams (which would be even better!)
Information about the 2019 MSL season:
Our Middle School League is just one way we are helping young players in the area to develop and nurture their love of volleyball in a safe, supportive, competitive atmosphere.
2019 marked the fourth season of the Heat Middle School League for girls and boys in grades 5-8 (some age exceptions may apply).
This program will have NO tryouts, simply register online as a team or an individual. Coaching staff will include CSRA HEAT coaches. Participants are guaranteed playing time with experience in every position. The League will consist of one Tuesday or Thursday evening practice with Sunday game days at Augusta Preparatory Day School from 2-4 P.M.
The first few practices will be taught in a clinic style, with a focus on fundamental skills and defense to offense transitions. Practices begin on Sunday, August 25. Game days begin on Sunday, September 15.
The cost for the full season is $195.
