Exciting News Regarding Field Upgrades!

For months, the Lee County Little League Board of Directors has been working with the City of Giddings to help improve Veterans Park. After hard work, determination, and ample support from the Giddings Economic Development Corp - Texas and City Council; part of the overall project can begin!

Within the next 2 months, the Softball field and the Minor/Major Baseball field located at Veterans Park, will undergo a complete restoration! The entire infield and a portion of the outfield will get a makeover and be restored to its natural state! This is something that is well overdue and will benefit not only the players within Lee County Little League, but also other young members in and around our community that utilize Veterans Park!

There is so much to be done to renovate and improve Veterans Park. The end goal is to bring the park up to date and to enhance the aesthetic appeal of Veterans Park as a whole! The restoration of these two fields is a huge step however, there is still more work to be done to complete the entire Veterans Park project!
