Niagara Swimming is the governing body for USA Swimming in our local area. Below are the time standards posted for each event. These are goals that are set for each age group per event. At the end of each season, swimmers that meet or exceed the times set in any of the events are invited to either a Silver meet or a Gold meet depending on their achievement. The column of times that are established for our pool and meets are the SCY (Short Course Yards).

Additionally the easiest way to keep track of your swimmers times in each event is through their USA Swimming and Swim Cloud Accounts. These times will automatically be updated after each meet.
