Board Member Elections

Attention All Parents!

While we are still living in a huge uncertainty with COVID-19 it is that annual time of year for our board to start thinking about the 2021 PASCO LITTLE LEAGUE SEASON. We will be holding our annual board member election meeting Saturday, October 3rd, at 10:00am at our field clubhouse.

This is an important election meeting, which is open to all, regardless of your level of interest of helping out for the 2021 season. This is your chance to let your voice be heard if you feel that there are areas of Pasco Little League that need to be supported or addressed for the 2021 season. Your input is valuable and we encourage you to attend!

Your contribution can take up very little TIME, but can make a HUGE impact for the boys and girls that benefit from our program.

Last year we had a great board of parents/volunteers that were supporting over 400 Little Leaguers before our season was abruptly halted due to COVID-19! As with every year we have members that will not be coming back as their child ages out. So we need great parents like you to step up help make each year more successful than the last.
Please consider joining our team as we need great parents like you to support our players!

ALL board positions are up for re-election. The positions are as follows with a brief description:

President- Conducts the affairs of the Local League and execute the policies established by the Board of Directors.

Vice-President- Performs the duties of the President in the absence. Coordinates the try-out process.

Safety officer- Responsible to create awareness and provide safer environment of Little League Baseball.

Treasurer- Performs duties as set forth customarily to the Office of Treasurer

Secretary- Records the activities of the Local League and maintains appropriate files.

Umpire-in-Chief- Represents the umpires in league-schedules all umpiring for games during season.

Registrar- Oversees all player registrations, maintains files, and assures compliance with Little League Rules.

Information Officer- Maintains League’s home page, Facebook and social media correspondence.

Coaching Coordinator- Represents coaches/managers in league.

Player Agents (one per division preferably) - Assists the President with age and residence verification, conducts try outs and helps with draft, verifies pitch count and eligibility during the season.

Tournament Director- Coordinates the use of PNLL fields for tournaments/in charge of Memorial Day Tournament.

All Star Coordinator- Coordinates the all star process including nominations, voting, tournament registration etc.

Field Maintenance- Coordinates the maintenance of the 6 fields/in charge of field and player equipment.

We encourage all of you to consider spending a little bit of your time to help make our program the best it can be for our Pasco kids. We strongly encourage all PNLL parents to come out and see what exciting things we can accomplish together in 2021!
