What does my registration fee pay for?

Because we are a registered, non-profit organization; all fees collected through registration are directly invested back into the maintenance and betterment of our Little League program. Pasco National Little League uses this money to maintain our fields, buildings, equipment, uniforms, and help with our administration costs. With each registration every child will receive an embroidered league baseball cap. Additionally, Tee Ball and A Division participants will receive a T-shirt.


What are the ages of the divisions? How do I know which one my child qualifies for?

In August of 2015 Little League International voted to change the league age determination cutoff date to August 31st for any player born on or AFTER September 1, 2005. Our league age divisions are as follows:

Rookies (T-ball) -- Ages 4-6

A -- Ages 6-7 (*6 year olds must have had one year of Little League T-ball experience)

AA -- Ages 8-9

Minors -- Ages 10-11

Majors -- Ages 11-12 (10 year olds that move up into this division must try out and be approved for draft)

What documents do I need to provide to complete my online registration?

Pasco National Little League and Little League International require a copy of your child's birth certificate (this must be the certificate you receive from the state or county of birth not the one given by the hospital)  Both also require three proofs of residency for all players dated between 2/1/18 through 1/31/19 and must be verified by PNLL staff. Examples of accepted documentation can be viewed here and can be uploaded during online registration or emailed to [email protected] These documents are temporarily stored on the Blue Sombrero servers however once verified by a member of the board these documents are erased by the server. Electronic submission of documentation is highly recommended, otherwise, hard copy documents can be submitted for scanning at one of the two following walk-in registration events:

   


How do I register?

Registration is only available online. If you need assistance with online registration, please attend one of the walk-in registration events noted above.

All parents/guardians will also be required to read and sign a medical release, a parent code of conduct, and a concussion waiver prior to their child competing within the League.

Refund Policy

A refund request, within 30 days from the date upon receipt of paid registration, can be made via email to [email protected] Any issued refund will be assessed a $25 administrative fee and may take up to 30 days to process.

PNLL recognizes that sometimes special and extraordinary circumstances may warrant a break from the policy of no refunds after 30 days. The PNLL board will consider such requests on a case by case basis. A decision by the board to grant a refund on contravention of the above policy is not to be considered a change to the policy or a warranty of similar treatment to others in similar circumstances.
