Our Pee-Wee league is open to players ages 4-8 and shall be divided into four separate divisions ranging from Tee-Ball to Modified Kid Pitch. The separate division are as follows:
- 4 and 5 year-old Tee-Ball
- 6 and 7 year-old Coach Pitch
- 7 and 8 year-old Modified Kid-Pitch
Practices will generally be held one night per week. Games will generally be held on Saturdays, with the season starting in late April. Approximately 8 games will be played.
The GMJBA Junior Baseball program is the largest part of the organization. It is made up of kids 8 - 14 years of age who are separated first according to age and then according to skill level. The league is divided into 4 levels at each age/division (Majors, AAA, AA, and A). "Majors" teams contain players of the highest skill level while A League is designed for the new or inexperienced player. By placing teams in 4 separate divisions, players will be competing against teams and other players of the same skill level.
All teams will play a schedule consisting of approximately 18-20 games (not including any tournaments a team may choose to participate in). The season typically starts the first week in April and runs through the end of June.
Level III is a combined age league for high school freshman and sophomore players. It was created in 2002 in order to continue the spring baseball program after the R-1 school district discontinued funding for their program.
