Lacrosse at the high-school level is considered a "club" sport.  The Cactus Shadows High School lacrosse teams are backed by Desert Foothills Athletic Club, a 501(c)(3) that has been active in youth sports in the Cave Creek area for more than 30 years.  Along with very dedicated coaches and parents, we are proud to bring lacrosse to Cactus Shadows High School. 

We plan to field two teams and will compete at the Varsity and JV levels.  Varsity will consist of experienced players, and JV will consist of new/less experienced players, affording maximum field time to learn the game and skillset required of varsity players. Coaches will determine who will play on the varsity team based on skill level. Students living inside the CSHS boundaries who are home or online-schooled, or attend a school that does not have a lacrosse program may play for the Falcon lacrosse team.  Regular season is January-April with the Arizona Lacrosse League.  Fall season is October-December.  During the "off" season, boys are highly encouraged to participate in our fall program to hone their skills.

COST: $180 Fall Session (discount for football players joining late)

Practice Pinnies are $35 and may be purchased during registration.

Uniforms are $135 and are NOT included in registration.  An order will be placed in November for regular season. Uniforms are not required for the fall session.
