4th Grade through 8th Grade Students of St. Brigid of Kildare School and Parish 2020 Mad River Mountain Ski & Board Club Schedule – Tuesdays: - January 7

The Ski and Board Club leaves from the Saint Brigid of Kildare Elementary School parking lot by chartered bus at 3:30 pm for Mad River Mountain and returns to the Saint Brigid of Kildare Elementary School parking lot by 8:15 pm each Tuesday evening for six weeks starting January 7th. *Helmets are required All forms are DUE DECEMBER 10, 2019 We must have forms no later than December 10, as the number of students interested will determine if Ski Club is possible. We must have at least 28 students sign up and pay to continue Ski Club. TO JOIN SKI CLUB: STEP 1: PRINT OFF FORMS. All three forms (see below) must be COMPLETELY filled out. ALLblanks must be filled in. This information may seem redundant, but it is necessary because some of the forms stay with St. Brigid of Kildare and some of the forms go to Mad River Mountain. Ski Club Sign Up Form Ski Club Permission and Waiver Ski Club Emergency Medical STEP 2: Return forms to school, attention Stacie Williams. Pay the $145.00 fee online via credit or debit card at this link. This fee will cover transportation and is non-refundable even if sessions are cancelled due to weather. STEP 3: PURCHASE SKI/BOARD PACKAGE FROM MAD RIVER MOUNTAIN - Access the Mad River Mountain website at www.skimadriver.com

- Ranging in cost from $205.00 to $250.00 ski rental is an additional 169.00.
STEP 4: Please contact us with any questions or concerns: Chaperones are welcome! All chaperones must have completed both Protecting God’s Children and fingerprinting to participate. Complete details on how to become compliant with Diocesan safe environment requirements can be found on the parish webisite: www.stbrigidofkildare.org/safe-environment. Registration for PGC can be completed online at www.virtus.org. Select “First-Time Registrant” " on the green bar, left side of screen and complete the registration process.
