2023 Brookfield Little League Financial Assistance

Brookfield Little League firmly believes that each child who wishes to play baseball or softball should be entitled to do so regardless of skill, gender, or financial circumstances.  Our league will not deny any child a chance to play regular season baseball or softball due to a financial hardship.

T-Mobile Call Up Grant:
In previous seasons, T-Mobile has funded the Call Up Grant to supply financial aid to little league players around the nation experiencing financial hardship. If you are interested in receiving a T-Mobile Call Up Grant for the 2024 season, please click on the link below and complete the form to receive more information when the 2024 program launches. The grant offers limited funding, so the earlier you sign up the better!

In order to be the best stewards of the BLL donated dollars we are requiring that the T-Mobile Call Up Grant be applied for prior to applying for BLL Financial Aid.  If you are awarded T-Mobile funds we will be automatically notified.  If you are denied funds you will need to forward the email to [email protected].

Please note: The total amount you apply for should not exceed the base registration price (this does not include the Refundable Volunteer Deposit) Example: T-Ball Registration total= $175 ($75 registration + $100 Volunteer Deposit) The grant amount applied for should not exceed $75

Any amount awarded to a player that exceeds the base registration price will be allocated to the Angels in the Outfield fund.

Brookfield Little League Financial Aid Program:

To aid players who may need assistance with fees, we have created programs of assistance.
Financial Assistance will be available on a first come first reviewed basis as funds will be limited in each season.

Program #1: Players receiving TANF/SNAP/Foster Care benefits can apply for a registration waiver and volunteer fee waiver. Families are required to pay $50 for uniforms and to complete the required volunteer shifts. *No volunteer refunds will be issued because they are not applied to registration*

Program #2: Families with financial hardship not provided with listed government benefits will need to complete a detailed need request for assistance (found in the application).  Including selecting which program rate you are requesting to benefit from. The executive committee will review all applications.

Terms & Conditions of Financial Aid

If your financial aid request is approved, you will be notified by email.  The following terms and conditions of aid will apply:
