Coach Tom Pierson has an E license and has been coaching with FME for 15 years and has three players all in the club.

Coach Hemphill has 25+ years of experience coaching soccer (head coach and assistant coach) FME Soccer Club, Norpoint FC, PACNW, FC United/WPFC and Tacoma Tide. She has a USSL-E license, certification in CPR and First Aid. Her teams have been very successful in league, local, state, regional & national tournaments. Coach Hemphill has played competitively in Washington youth, high school, college & adult soccer leagues. "My coaching philosophy is to have fun, work hard and good things will happen".

Coach Brian has been coaching for FME for the past two years. Prior to that he coached for the Sumner Soccer Club for 5 years. He holds a USSF-E and USSF-F License.

Coach Sean holds a National USSF C License with 15 years coaching experience.

Asst coach Ryan LeProwse holds a USSF E license and played at the University of Portland.

Both coaches continue to play competitively indoor and outdoor throughout the year and have enjoyed bringing competitive fun soccer back to our community. The FME Xtreme 07 boys compete in the NPSL 1st Division.

Matt has coached soccer for 8 years. He has coached several teams at Sumner Soccer Club and MRFC. He ha been the assistant coach for the Xtreme '05 team for the past 2 years. He holds a USSF-E license.
