Introduced in 1995 and long the pacesetter in youth sports safety, Little League has taken the lead with the development of ASAP (A Safety Awareness Program). With the help of corporate sponsors, Musco Lighting and AIG Insurance, ASAP has increased overall safety awareness, reduced injuries by 80% and lowered insurance costs for participating leagues. All teams are to have an ASAP packet at all practices and games.
Please be aware that in the event of any injuries occurring during practice or games, the Safety Officer must be contacted immediately, either by phone or email. Furthermore, a completed Injury Report should be submitted to the Safety Officer within 24 hours of the incident. Our Safety Officer, Colton's contact information can be found on Page 4 of the ASAP packet located in your coaches folder.
