Refund Policy

All Leagues - General Refund Policy

From January 1st to Evaluation/Draft Day (Little League) or until teams are formed (Pre-Little League): Full refund less $10.00 credit card processing fee and $3.00 website fee.

From Evaluation/Draft Day (Little League) or when teams are formed (Pre-Little League) to first game of the season: 50% refund less $10.00 credit card processing fee and $3.00 website fee.

After first game of the season: No Refund.

Refund Policy due to season cancelation, injury or sickness with note from doctor

All Leagues
January 1st to the first game of the season: Full refund less $10.00 credit card processing fee and $3.00 website fee.

T-ball through Rookies
From the first game of the season to May 31st: 50% refund less 50% less $10.00 credit card processing fee and $3.00 website fee.

After May 31st: No Refund.

Single A through Juniors
From the first game of the season to May 10th: 50% refund less 50% less $10.00 credit card processing fee and $3.00 website fee.

After May 10th: No Refund.

Seniors
From the first game of the season to April 14th: 50% refund less 50% less $10.00 credit card processing fee and $3.00 website fee.

After April 14th: No Refund.
