Early bird registration is 2/24 - 2/28: save $20 per athlete and must be paid in full.

Uniform Sizing and paperwork collection

May 13th, May 14th, June 3rd, and June 11th. only need to attend one

Bring:
Copy of Government Issued Birth Certificate
Copy of Sports Physical dated on or after 4/15/2025
Copy of Proof of grade if applicable
For each athlete to participate all Registration Fees must be paid in full by May 31st. Copies of the following documents MUST be completed fully and turned in at a Sizing Date (NO emailed or uploaded documents will be accepted) :
- A Copy of athlete's birth certificate
- A Copy of proof of grade Tackle Football & Cheer Only - (report card, ParentVue, etc.)
- A Copy of the athlete's 2023 Physical on file (must be dated 4/15/2025 or later). Most physicians have these forms on file - or CLICK HERE for the current Michigan High School Athletic Association Physical Form.
- Concussion Form, Code of Conduct Form and all other required forms will be available at sizing dates.
