We are ready to welcome everyone back for the Spring 2024 season!

Follow the steps below to register
 
Step 1:  Confirm that you are in Shasta Dam Area Little League’s boundaries
There are two ways you can qualify to play for Shasta Dam:
 
Enter your player’s school address or home address into the League Finder website
 
Option 1:  If your player goes to school within our league boundaries, 
submit a completed School Enrollment Form for Step 4 listed below.
 
Option 2:  If your residence is within our league boundaries,
submit 3 proofs of residency (dated between 2/1/23-2/1/24) for Step 4 below.

If you have moved outside of our boundaries or changed schools since you registered last year, your player can still play for Shasta Dam on a waiver that we request from the District. This waiver is valid until your player breaks service with the league.

Step 2:  Determine Your Player’s League Age
Use the Little League Age Calculator

Make sure you choose baseball or softball because the age determination dates are different for each sport.

Step 3:  Complete Online Registration Process
Register online at sdallbaseball.com

Step 4:  Submit the following documents:
These can be emailed to [email protected], uploaded to our website, mailed to Shasta Dam Area Little League, PO Box 1355, Shasta Lake, CA 96019, or turned in at our in person registration session (see our Facebook page for details).

1. Player’s Birth Certificate (county issued, not hospital novelty copy)
2. School Enrollment Form (Option 1) or 3 Proofs of Residency (Option 2)
3. Medical Release Form
4. Signed Concussion Information Sheet (parent and athletes age 7 and older must sign)
5. Signed Sudden Cardiac Arrest Information Sheet (parent and athletes age 7 and older must sign)

If you cannot print and/or scan documents, please make arrangements to pick up forms and drop paperwork off at our in person registration session.
