Welcome!

We are looking forward to having you join us for our 69th season of youth baseball.

There's a lot of information about our program here. Please read it carefully!

We play at E.J. Nutter Park, located on the west side of Factory Road, between Dayton-Xenia Road and Route 35.

AVAILABILITY: First Come, First Served! Once the limit for each league is reached, waiting lists will be formed.

ELIGIBILITY: Youth residing in Beavercreek and surrounding areas, born between 8/1/2005 and 7/31/2019.

REFUNDS: Registration fees are not refundable after April 12, 2024.

NEW FEE: Our online registration system was purchased by Stack Sports which implemented a new fee of $3.00 to all registrations, charged to the registrant. BCAA can't stop it. It will be added to the end of your order.

INTERLEAUGE PLAY: Senior League has always and will continue to have interleague play with the South Dayton Baseball League (SBDL) made up of teams around the area. Due to low numbers from COVID 19, BCAA entered additional age groups into the SBDL in 2020. BCAA reserves the right to enter teams into the SBDL if numbers are low for a particular age group.

SEASON DATES: Practice and game schedules are not made until we know approximately how many players we will have in each age group and are weather dependent. We anticipate practices to begin the week of 4/22/2024, Opening Day is 5/18/2024; all games and tournaments will be completed by 7/20/2024.

PLAY WITH REQUESTS AND AGE CHANGES are NOT Honored:  The BCAA does NOT honor play-with requests with the only exception being siblings in the same age group will automatically be assigned to the same team. Age change requests either up or down are NOT honored with NO exceptions.
