BY-LAWS

The President at their discretion may appoint Tournament Coordinators to run Tournaments. Tournament Coordinators will only have responsibility to ensure smooth operation of each tournament.

All new players must tryout. Players moving up from a division (10u to 12u or 12u to 16u) must tryout to be selected for the new division. Players in the 16u division who have been in the division for 2 years must tryout again with the exception of players entering their 16 year-old season. In that case, Managers may agree to waive tryouts and except the player returning to their team.

Returning players in the 10u and 12u division do not need to tryout to return to their teams. Ten year-old players wishing to tryout for the 12u division may tryout for the 12u division and not lose their 10u roster spot if not selected for the 12u division.

Tryouts will be held in August. Draft will be held in late August. No new teams will be formed after the draft. Special Tryouts after the initial tryouts in August may only be held if a player leaves a team, injury or a team needing a specific position. Special Tryouts may only be approved by the Executive Board.

There will only be a maximum of 3 teams per division per district.

The Executive Board will set the rate for the upcoming season (September-August) by August 15th. The President will submit a proposed budget to the Executive Board by August 1st.

Any Refund requests must be approved by the Executive Board. No Refunds will be allowed after January 1st.

All Team Fees are due by players by October 15th. Failure to pay by said date will assume players abandonment of roster spot . Any exceptions to the payment date may only be approved by the Executive Board. Players owing team fees and fundraiser dues from a previous season must pay in full before being accepted to the next season.

Teams may only participate in Tournaments setup by the League President (District Administrator). All requests to play teams outside of the District Travel program must be approved by the District Administrator.

Rosters are limited to a size of 15 players. Teams may have two spots of reserve/practice players who are not eligible to play in tournaments unless a roster is 12 or less for a tournament. Teams may carry no more than 16 total players including reserve/practice players.

League President will set a home field for each team. Draft will be held in the following procedure:
