Southington South Little League Coupon Card Fundraiser
We're excited to share our big fundraiser for this spring season! Take a look at the new Southington South Coupon Card.
You'll see these cards are loaded with deals to neighboring restaurants and businesses where you can save potential hundreds up until June 2024. We all know how baseball season creates more takeout dinners throughout the season, so why not save on the places you attend every week? Some coupons will work at multiple Southington locations as well!
The price for each coupon booklet is $20, and you can pay your coach via cash, check made out to "Southington South", or you can pay our league directly via our Venmo account. If you opt to pay with Venmo, please let us know the name of your player as well as the division and team he or she is on. It is also wise to simply let your coach know so they are aware. This will help us get your coach the cards they need to distribute.
We're looking for each family to buy 1 card and to sell at least 1 more card to a family member or neighbor. For each sale, the league gets 50% of the profit. However, the more we sell, the greater the percentage of profits (up to 75%). The money raised will go towards us not having to volunteer at the stand this year as well as field upgrades we're targeting in the Fall.
You can use this Parent/Player Handout if you need help tracking leads or sales orders. Once you have purchased or received payments, we ask that you provide the funds and card quantities to your coach. Once your coach has collected some orders, he or she will exchange with the league and provide your coupon card booklet(s) as soon as possible. We have all the cards in stock and ready to distribute.
