A big part of summer baseball and softball is the opportunity for families and friends to gather at the ballpark! Our KBC concession stand provides snacks and drinks that not only enhance the ballpark experience, but also provide revenue to offset the costs of the Club (field maintenance, paying umpires, etc) and allow us to keep registration fees as low as possible for our players.
The Concession Stand CANNOT succeed without the help of EVERYONE in the Club! The Club has instituted a Volunteer Deposit to encourage families to honor their obligation to work ONE SHIFT per season in the stand.
In addition, Jessica Karls leads a SMALL BUT MIGHTY team of volunteers who work countless hours behind the scenes to make sure the stand is clean, stocked and ready to go when volunteers arrive. This team is always looking to grow their ranks, as more hands will lighten the load for all of them.
