What do we mean when we say "We Are Clarke"?

"We are" northern Virginia's most cost-effective competitive travel program. CCSL prides itself on being a traditional, community-based program with the fewest financial barriers for children to play at a higher-level of competition. We have held our ANNUAL price at $300 a player (yes, you read that right), yet we still develop strong players, field competitive teams, and attend tournaments.

"We are" not like most clubs. Many clubs come from the perspective of the "pay-for-play" approach; we believe in the development of the player, first and foremost. Our focus on community, competition, and camaraderie drives our approach to the game, every day.

"We are" a 100%, volunteer-driven organization. Our coaches care about the long-term outcome of the players and the teams, not a quota or a paycheck. Moreover, our coaches and teams care about each other. We go out of our way to make sure our teams support each other and collaborate.

Don't let our volunteerism fool you: Our coaching staff is all hand-picked by our executive board and trained by some of the best minds in the game.  Our coaches are experienced and invested. They are former players (college, semi-pro, and even pro) and proven coaches, some with more than 30 years coaching experience.

So what do we mean when we say "We Are Clarke"? We mean that we're bringing a better experience to the region and we're not afraid to say it.
