Fall Tackle 2024

MYG Fall 2024 Tackle Football Information:

***IMPORTANT!! PLEASE REGISTER BASED ON THE GRADE YOUR PLAYER WILL BE IN THIS FALL 2024***

***REGISTRATION CLOSES ON 5/1/2024...NO LATE REGISTRATIONS****

***MYG HAS PARTNERED WITH THE MEDINA HIGH SCHOOL TEAM TO OFFER THEIR "MEDINA FOOTBALL YOUTH CAMP BeeFAST". LOOK FOR THIS DURING YOUR REGISTRATION***

7 on 7 tackle teams consists of 1st and 2nd grade age can not be over 9

Freshman 9on9 team will consist of 3rd graders and age can not be over 10 years old. Line-Only players

will be any weight above 100.

Sophomore team will consist of 4th graders and age can not be over 11 years old. Line-Only players will

be any weight above 115.

Junior Varsity team will consist of 5th graders and age can not be over 12 years old. Line-Only players

will be any weight above 130.

Varsity team will consist of 6th graders and age can not be over 13 years old.

Line-Only players will be any weight above 140.

In addition you can only add 7th graders under 100lbs to get your 11 year old team up to a total of 20 players. This must be approved

by OGYFA board member and (2) opposing directors. Once approved a OGYFA board member can make the

decision to remove the player if dishonest. Players ages for certification will be the player's age before November 1st.

NSID

Your athlete is not considered registered and will not participate in any practice or game of any kind if they are not registered with NSID.

You will receive instructions on this as we approach the season.

Schedule:

Optional Conditioning - July 22nd, 23rd, 24th

Team Practices - TBA set by each coach (First official practice date August 1st)

Season Games: Played on Saturdays - August TBA

8 Game Season (Plus Possible Playoff Games)

7v7 will be a 7 Game Season
