Team Guidelines

Managers, Coaches, and players may be at the game site no earlier than one (1) hour fifteen (15) minutes or later than one (1) hour before game time to toss a coin for Home or Visitors.  If a Manager, Coach of a team isn’t at the site by one (1) hour before game time, the other team will have the choice of Home or Visitors. Home team will occupy the first base dugout. 

Teams need to bring the following to ALL TOC games:

  • ONE DOZEN BASEBALLS – BASEBALLS CAN EITHER BE ‘RST’OR ‘RS’
  • Seven (7) APPROVED BATTING HELMETS (NO DECALS OR STICKERS ALLOWED)
  • Two (2) SETS OF CATCHERS EQUIPMENT (HELMETS MUST HAVE DANGLING THROAT GUARD)
  • PLAYERS MUST WEAR ATHLETIC SUPPORTERS
  • EXTRA UNIFORM JERSEY
  • LITTLE LEAGUE PATCHES AFFIXED TO ALL JERSEYS

45 MINUTES PRIOR TO GAME TIME – HOME TEAM WILL TAKE INFIELD.

30 MINUTES PRIOR TO GAME TIME – VISITORS WILL TAKE INFIELD.

15 MINUTES PRIOR TO GAME TIME – MANAGER AND ONE PLAYER FROM EACH TEAM WILL MEET WITH UMPIRES AND TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR TO GO OVER GROUND RULES AND EXCHANGE 4 COPIES OF TEAM LINE UPS (4-PART NCR FORMS BEST).

LAST NAME, FIRST NAME, JERSEY NUMBER OF ALL PLAYERS MUST BE LISTED

IF PLAYING RULE 3.03 SUBSTITUTES ARE LISTED AT BOTTOM LEFT SIDE OF LINEUP CARD.

PLEASE IDENTIFY ANY INELIGIBLE PITCHERS AT PLATE MEETING.
