Admission to all regional football championship games is $10.00 per person, presale, $15 at the gate.
Wristbands will be available for pre-sales one week prior to the game.
No charge for children under five years of age.
Statement of Acceptance.
Each team attending regional championships MUST complete the 2024 Super Bowl Statement of Acceptance prior to arrival. Teams that do NOT complete will automatically forfeit their game. Link below.

Deposits for Nationals
All teams participating MUST present with a check in the amount of $1500.00, made payable to New England Pop Warner
Any team not moving on will be handed their deposit back at the end of the game. All deposits will be collected at the time of check-in. Your check will be used as the deposit for Nationals, held in Orlando. Regional Champion first place teams that choose not to travel will forfeit the $1500.00.

Checking In
➢ A member of the regional staff will check in all teams.
➢ The arrival time for all teams is 1.5 hours prior to your game start. Teams must check in together. Later arriving athletes will NOT be allowed to participate.
➢ Home and away jerseys MUST be present.
➢ Each player must be equipped appropriately, including a certified helmet with a certification sticker dated no later than 2023.
➢ Each team will need to present with their team book, certified rosters, and previous MPR sheets from the regular season. Book order above.
➢ Books must be in alphabetical order by participant’s last name.
➢ Each participant must have a photo in the book either stapled to the face sheet or through the picture sheet printed directly from Affinity software.
➢ Any absent child must have an absentee form in the book with proper information and signatures. Each missed game will require a new absentee form.
➢ No coaches will be present during book check.
➢ Any player found to be ineligible will result in immediate action, including forfeiting a game.
Game Time
➢ All football games will be played under National Federation High School Rules. In the event of a tie, we will use the “ten-yard overtime procedure” tiebreaker as outlined in the National Pop Warner rulebook and National Federation High School Rules.
➢ Per national rules, all players that have not fulfilled their mandatory plays by the end of the 3rd quarter must be on the field for the start of the 4th quarter. Players will remain on the field until they have completed their mandatory plays. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
➢ New England Region will supply footballs.
➢ All players, coaches, team moms, equipment managers, and MPR spotters MUST follow the National Pop Warner code of conduct outlined in the national rulebook.
➢ The head coach is responsible for team staff and players.
➢ Only rostered personnel with their team on the field will be allowed on the sidelines.
➢ No electronics are allowed on the sidelines during game time.
➢ There will be zero tolerance for a lack of respect for game officials.
Conclusion of Games
➢ Each team will be directed to the trophy area at the end of each game.
➢ Winning Team will present all helmets to Region Staff for National Helmet Certification at the end of each trophy presentation.
➢ Each team is expected to clean up its sideline before departing the assigned sideline.
➢ There will be no taunting of the losing team.
➢ Players are expected to leave the sideline at the end of a game to allow for a timely start of the next scheduled game.
➢ Any team not moving on will receive their deposit back at the end of the game.
