About All-Stars

Sitka Little League proudly participates in the Little League All-Stars traditions. The Little League® International Tournament is a unique time of the season, a fresh beginning in some respect, with new teams forming and the opportunity to create even more memories.

All-Star Teams are the highest form of postseason competition. Players show interest by filling out a form and are placed on a ballot to be voted on at the end of the regular season. The All-Stars team is announced at the end of regular season and they are invited to play in District Competitions that can continue on to State Competitions and even the Little League World Series. Players should be available and committed to participating for the entire tournament season. District tournaments start in July and teams can advance if they win continuing to play into August. 

The tournament schedule including dates and locations are posted every spring.

Interest in an All Star team does not guarantee a spot on the team.
Participating in All-Stars or Special Games also requires an additional cost to regular season play
