Below are important details about player evaluations for the Spring 2025 season. Evaluations help ensure teams are balanced and provide players with the best experience possible.

Who Needs to Attend?

• All players registered for Minor, Major, and Senior divisions (Baseball & Softball) must attend evaluations. Tee-Ball, Machine Pitch, and Beginner Softball players do not need to attend.
  • Returning Major Baseball (only) players who were on a Major Baseball Spring 2024 roster do not have to be evaluated. They will be placed on the same team as last spring season.

Evaluation Details

📅 Date: February 15th and 16th

📍 Location: AG Richardson Elementary

  • February 15th
    • Baseball: 9am-12pm
      • 9am-10am: Last Name Letters A-I
      • 10am-11am: Last Name Letters J-R
      • 11am-12pm: Last Name Letters R-Z
      • Softball: 12:30pm-4pm
        • 12:30pm-2pm: Last Name Letters A-M
        • 2pm-4pm: Last Name Letters N-Z
  • February 16th:
    • Softball: 12pm-2pm
      • Open: Come when you can!
    • Baseball: 2pm-4pm
      • Open: Come when you can!

Players should bring a glove, bat, and helmet (if available). Arriving on time ensures we can keep everything running smoothly.
