All players and cheerleaders must submit the required documents listed in the table below to the PVYFC Secretary ([email protected]) before the first day of practice. The physical must be documented on the official PVYFC physical form. If all documents are not submitted by August 4th (heat acclimation day), your child will not be permitted to practice.
The PVYFC Athlete Code of Conduct will be reviewed with each athlete by the coaching staff. Please take time to review it with your child as well.
