ALL NEW players and cheerleaders must submit a report card, schedule displaying grade, or kindergarten welcome letter (flag) and birth certificate to the PVYFC Secretary via our secure DropBox link before the first day of practice. Returning families are not required to provide a report card or birth certificate.

The PVYFC Athlete Code of Conduct will be reviewed with each athlete by the coaching staff. Please take time to review it with your child as well. The Parent Code of Conduct and Parental Consent are signed online during registration.
