Communication
Majors & Minors coaches should reach out to their teams by March 24th.  TeeBall/Coach Pitch & Rookies coaches will reach out by April 7th.  Initial communication will be by phone or text.  ALL TEAMS will use the GameChanger app for communication and scheduling this season.  Please stay tuned for additional GameChanger instructions.  Invites to join your team will be sent via email (the email your account is registered to).  You will personally have the ability to add additional family members once your team is all set up.

3rd Annual CSLL Raffle Fundraiser

• All players will be given 10 tickets to sell at their first or second practice.
• Tickets cost $10 apiece
• Ticket Stubs and Money should be placed in bag labeled with the player name and turned into the Concession Stand or your Head Coach by May 16th.
• The Drawing will be held Monday, May 26th and winners will be contacted.

Practices & Fields

• Practices are scheduled at the discretion of each coach, based on availability and field conditions.  We encourage every team to practice at least once per week throughout the season.
• Majors & Minors teams will have the ability to practice indoors up to two times per week, beginning the week of March 24th.
• TeeBall/Coach Pitch & Rookies teams will be able to begin practicing outdoors, weather permitting, the week of April 6th.
• Field use is limited due to the size of our League.  We are hosting  22 baseball teams at the fields behind Divine Mercy and 2 softball teams at Barker Road for the initial Spring Season (the older kids play later).  Coaches will have access to the game schedule and will have the ability to schedule practices during available field times.  (Practices may only be held at locations that are covered by our insurance.)
• Occasionally coaches will prep games earlier in the day for that evening's game - please do not disturb fields that are ready for game play (including chalk lines)
• Please do not allow players to play in mud or water on the fields, this makes it very difficult to repair.
  

Baseball All-Stars

CSLL has the option of entering a 12U Baseball Team and a 10U Baseball Team into the District 8 All-Star Tournament each year.  Division Coordinators will determine if we are able to enter those tournaments on a year to year basis.  Our All-Star selection is an evolving process and we are doing it a little bit differently for 2025.  12U All-Star Tryouts will be held immediately following the May 21st Games.  10U All-Star Tryouts will be held immediately following the May 22nd games.  The District All-Star Tournament will be held July 12th-July 27th.  Selected players must be available for the duration of the tournament in order to be included on the roster.
