5 to 6 year olds (Birth Date Range 5/1/2019 to 4/30/2022)

7 to 8 year olds (Birth Date Range 5/1/2017 to 4/30/2019)

9 to 10 year olds (Birth Date Range 5/1/2015 to 4/30/2017)

11 to 12 year olds (Birth Date Range 5/1/2013 to 4/30/2015)

13 to 14 year olds (Birth Date Range 5/1/2010 to 4/30/2012)

FUNDRAISER PARTICIPATION Every family registering a child has an obligation to either participate in our raffle ticket fundraiser by selling ten $10 raffle tickets or pay a $75 buyout fee instead. This fundraiser is a critical part of funding the organization's activities and equipment purchases/maintenance.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENT A great deal of help is needed every year running the concession stand. The funds generated from concessions is a vital part of running a successful program while also helping keep registration fees from being higher. Without everyone's participation the burden of fulfilling these tasks winds up unfairly falling on the shoulders of a few dedicated individuals. Accordingly, there will be a $150 concession stand fee imposed per family which will be collected separately from other registration related fees. (You will have the option to pay this fee together with other fees if you have no intention of fulfilling this volunteer requirement) A check is the preferred method and should be post-dated for 6/15/2026. Families must fulfill 2 shifts of volunteer concession stand duties, per child playing, to prevent the DBA from cashing the $150 check. The check WILL NOT BE CASHED until the end of the season. If you fulfill your 2-shift obligation the check will be destroyed, if not, the $150 will be retained by the DBA and used to defray costs to pay for concession stand help.
