New Castle Little League offers Baseball and Softball programs for players ages 2–16. Each division is designed to build skills, teamwork, and a lifelong love for the game. Click any division below to learn more!

Baseball Divisions

⚾ Wee-Ball (Ages 2–4)

Fun and engaging introduction to baseball for our youngest players
Helps kids get comfortable on the field and learn simple movements
Positive, no-pressure environment focused on fun
Parent participation is encouraged to join in the fun
Emphasis on smiles, teamwork, and building a love for the game from the beginning

⚾ T-Ball (Ages 4–7)

Perfect introduction for young players
Fundamentals, fun, participation
Throwing, catching, batting off tee, base running
No standings — confidence building

⚾ Minor B (Ages 5–8)

Builds on T-Ball with more structure
Machine pitch
Introduces positions & rules
Teamwork & game awareness

⚾ Minor A (Ages 8–12)

Full kid-pitch games, competitive play
Players pitch all innings
Stealing & live offensive plays
Prepares for Majors division

⚾ Majors (Ages 9–12)

Most competitive youth baseball level
Drafted or prior Majors required
Full Little League rules
All-Star tournament opportunities

⚾ Juniors (Ages 12–14)

Full-sized field, higher-level competition
90’ bases, 60’6” pitching distance
Strategy, endurance, advanced skills
Prepares for high school baseball

🥎 Minor B (Ages 6–8)

Intro to softball fundamentals

League Age Determination: A player’s league age is determined by Little League Baseball® and Softball® guidelines. For baseball, the league age is the child’s age on August 31 of the current year. For softball, the league age is the child’s age on December 31 of the previous year. See full details here.
