Welcome to South Durham Little League!

Registration for the Spring 2026 Baseball season opens on January 21, 2026 for boys and girls league ages 4-14. Our Baseball Tee Ball Division is available to players league age 4-6 (see league age chart for baseball). SDLL also offers Softball Tee Ball, see Softball registration for details.

Understanding Little League Ages: The Age Determination Date for a  Little League Baseball player is the actual age of a child on August 31 of the current year. So while your child may be a certain age today, they will register for baseball using the age they will be on August 31st.

Our machine and player pitch divisions are open to players league age 7-14 (see league age chart for baseball) and players league age 6 who are placed in the machine pitch division following the mandatory skills evaluation session and who elect to move to machine pitch.

Seniors Baseball Division is open to players league age 13-16 and will be administered by Bull City Little League .

A player's primary residence or school must be located within the South Durham Little League boundary to be eligible to play during the Spring 2026 season (except Tee Ball). Our boundary information can be found here. If you do not live or attend school in boundary and this is your first season, you will be required to submit a waiver to Little League International. You do not have to submit proof of residency or school enrollment at this time. ALL players league age 6-14 are REQUIRED to attend evaluations (league age 6 year olds who hope to place into machine pitch should also attend evaluations.). Evaluations for league ages 6-14 are scheduled for Saturday, January 31st at Parkwood Baseball Field. Parents will receive an email to sign up for a time once registration is complete.
