Winter Workouts

Emerson Recreation Softball is proud to announce that we will be holding our Winter Workouts again this year in the Emerson High School Gym. The winter workouts will take place on Sundays in January, February, and March. Each girl will be assigned a 1 hour and 15 minute time slot based on their current grade between 4:00pm -8:30pm. The specific time each week may fluctuate due to schedule conflicts for the volunteer coaches or kids, but will be communicated each week in advance. Typically the younger girls will be earlier and the older girls will be later but it can change week to week. Approved Emerson coaches will run the workouts with the assistance of some Emerson High School softball players.

The winter workouts are only available to 2nd grade to 8th grade Emerson girls. The groups will be determined after we see the number of kids registered at each level. The cost is $55 a t-shirt and the 7 sessions, regardless if your daughter can make every session or not. Registration will be open Sunday, November 26th until Sunday, December 10th. We will then split the girls into 3-4 groups and the coaches will notify the parents of their designated time.
