[UPDATE] 2022-23 Winter Basketball - GameChanger

We are kicking off our first week of practice and I wanted to address something very quickly.

This season, our practices for each individual team are not decided by the league, like they were last season. Each coach has requested a specific time slot for practice and we have done our best to get each coach the time they have requested. I know a good amount of parents have been contacting me asking when practices are and the process for me to find your child's practice means I have to go find out what team they are on, then check for practice times. While it doesn't seem like a lot of steps, many times I am not on my computer I am using my phone, have to look through every team in the league on my GameChanger app and then find the correct practice time, and email you back.

The easiest way to resolve this issue is for every parent/guardian for a child in our league to download the GameChanger app from either the Apple Store or from Google Play Store and use that to find out your child's schedule. I understand some coaches are using text or may even use email to communicate with the parents from their team, but I personally have added myself to each team in order to make sure that the GameChanger app is up to date for every coach who may not be utilizing the app.

Please, please, please, if you have not downloaded the app yet, do so. It will make everything just a little bit easier for us, you can also communicate directly with me there, which I can answer a lot faster than an email.

If you are new to GameChanger, you must use the email that you created your Del Riv account with at www.delrivsports.org or the app will NOT connect you to your team.
