Sabra is a life-long athlete who played 4 sports in high school, played basketball at Fairfield University and in Europe for Team Northumbria, Nottingham Wildcats and the City of Sheffield Hatters. She has also coached at Fisher College, Fairfield University and volunteered coach at Riverside High School. Sabra also runs the basketball program Hoops for the Soul.
Sabra currently works for Pennsauken Township School district as the Media Specialist.
