About Melissa:
Coach Martin is the Athletic Director for the city of Opelika as well as the Director of Coaching for the Opelika Crush. She currently holds a USSF National D license as well as a National Youth coaching Diploma, NSCAA Level 6 Certificate.

She was a 2 year All-State player in high school and continued playing at Auburn University with their club program.

About Mike:
Mike Noon has been coaching Crush soccer since its beginning in 2010. He has instructed for Alabama EDP, and has coached the OHS J.V. girls.

Coach Noon earned a USSF National D license, NSCAA Goal Keeping Level 1, NSCAA Level 6 certificate, completed his U.S. Soccer Grassroots 7v7, and is a Grade 8 U.S. Soccer Federation Referee.

Coach Noon has been playing soccer over 40 years, and has 3 Daughters and wife Jennifer.

Rozi Osman

About Rozi:
Coach Rozi has been a competitive soccer coach in the Auburn/Opelika area for over 20+ years. He has been the Head Coach at Auburn University Women's Club Soccer for over 10 years. He also serves on the Alabama Soccer Association Coaching Education Staff, instructing the US Soccer "E" License and "D" License Courses. He is an Alabama ODP veteran with over 10 years of experience. He has coached at different clubs in the area and also in Columbus, GA. He has been a member of the NSCAA since 2004.

Coach Rozi holds his USSF "A" License, the USSF National Youth License, his NSCAA Premier Diploma, NSCAA Goalkeeping Level 1 & 2 Diploma, and the Brazillian C License.

He is an avid collector of floppy disks, has a thorough background in Latin and "O" level geography, as well as being a licensed moose handler.

About Steve:
Coach Steve Charlot has coached with the Crush Soccer Club for the past five years. I have a beautiful11 year old daughter, fThe Crush Soccer Club has given me the opportunity to coach for the past 5 years and I am thankful. He has been playing soccer since he was 6 years old and played at club level in Florida. Coach Charlot played for Edison High school and had the chance to play at Miami Dade Junior college, where his team took part in the National championship. Steve then transferred to FIU. He enjoys coaching and looks forward to working the his Crush teams.

Eric Faison

About Eric:
Eric Faison is in his second year coaching for the Opelika Soccer Club. He currently coaches the U12 and U14 girls. Eric has played competitive soccer for 35 years; which includes the men's club team at Valdosta State University as well as 3 years with Roswell FC in Atlanta. His coaching experience includes eight years at the high school varsity and junior varsity level. Eric has coached the Lee-Scott Academy Varsity Girls for the last six years and has led them to six consecutive top four finishes and two appearances in the AISA State Championship. He is married to Sarah and has four kids (Riley (F,17), Landon (M,15), Nathan (M,13), and Delaney (F,11).

Deme Rogers

About Deme:

Coach Deme has been coaching in the Auburn/Opelika area for 4 years. Before moving here, he was a 2x State Cup Champion with the Enterprise Wings. He played Varsity Soccer for Enterprise High School where he was captain. After graduating, he signed to play soccer for Coach Matthew Thorne at the University of West Alabama.

Since his playing days, he has graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Physical Activity and Health, minoring in Fitness Conditioning and Performance. He has also won a 7A Alabama State Soccer Championship with the Auburn High School Varsity Program.

He loves the game of soccer and enjoys building up the future soccer stars/ community leaders of tomorrow.

Coach Lofaso grew up in Louisiana and has played soccer for 20 years. He played high school ball with Auburn High School. He has also coached at Lyman Ward Military Academy for three seasons. Steve enjoys the challenges of coaching and looks forward to a great season of soccer.

LaBrandon Rachel

About LaBrandon:
Coach Rachel is from Roanoke, Alabama and played Crush from 2011-2012. He went to Birmingham Southern College where he played from 2015-2016. LaBrandon graduated in 2017 from Birmingham Southern with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He currently holds a US soccer's 7v7 and 9v9 grassroots licenses and F license.
