The use of sign-up genius will be utilized this year to assist in filling volunteer positions for each of our home games.

The BFCA Bulldog program is made up entirely of volunteers. Without the help of our amazing parents, none of this is possible.
During the registration process, you will be asked if you would like to volunteer. There will be many opportunities for families to volunteer throughout the season. We look forward to many volunteers as it takes the whole BFCA family to make our season a success!
There will be a 1-TIME VOLUNTEER OPT-OUT OF $75.00, for those who DO NOT WANT to volunteer during the season that will be ADDED to your registration fee at checkout. Please check the box at the bottom of the volunteer page to opt out.
If you choose to volunteer, a $75.00 DEPOSIT CHECK will be required during one of our BFCA PAPERWORK/FITTING DAYS coming up in the spring. If your volunteer time is fulfilled, the deposit check will be returned/destroyed at the end of the season (per your request) during equipment/uniform turn in.
BFCA Volunteer positions include, but are not limited to:
- Head Coach
- Assistant Coaches
- Team Parent
- Student Demonstrator
- Security
- Concessions
- Field Set-up/break down
- Bleacher Clean up
- Association Board Member
- Scoreboard
For every home game, we must have a chain gang, clock/score keeper, down markers and concession volunteers. The Bulldogs require that all parents complete two (2) hours in concessions per family in addition to the field assistance.
Families will be required to sign up electronically via the BFCA website for open one-hour shifts at the field/concessions area during home games. The shift you sign-up for does not and should not be during your child’s game time.
Please note that no one under the age of 18 is allowed to work in any concession duties. All volunteers will undergo a brief training course to familiarize themselves with the operations of the concession stand and/or field duties.
