Charity Mania General Information & Goals

Charity Mania is the primary BFCA Bulldogs "organization wide" fundraiser each year, and we ask that all families participate. In order to keep our registration fees low and our investment in the program high, we need your help. The BFCA Bulldogs simply will issue (5) tickets per family and asks for your help in selling them. Proceeds from Charity Mania tickets sold in recent years has allowed us to purchase new cheer and dance uniforms and warm up outfits, speakers for cheer, new football helmets, football practice and game pants, field rental, ref fees and many other program improvements.

What you need to do:

1. Ask Co-workers, friends and family to support the Bulldogs by purchasing a $20 Charity Mania Football Sweepstakes ticket. (Anyone in the world can play).

3. Give the ticket to the purchaser and have them legibly complete the name & address section of the stub and return to you along with their money. They keep the ticket – you collect the stub.

5. Turn in all stubs (you keep the money) by August 18th to be eligible for week #1 drawings.

7. Return all un-sold tickets to the BFCA so others can try to sell them. Please feel free to pick-up additional tickets beyond your issued (5) if you think you can sell more. You may request additional tickets from our Charity Mania coordinator, Trina at [email protected].
8. Tickets are activated and eligible to win after the completed stub is returned to the BFCA and recorded.

Sold ticket stubs will be collected on the following dates/days:

Please do NOT turn tickets into your coach or team coordinator. Tickets MUST be returned to either Trina Valencia or any executive board member present at any pre-season events in order to receive timely credit.  Please turn in all tickets on one or more of the following days:

• Football fitting days
• Cheer Uniform fitting days
• August 1^st, 8^th, or 15^th at practice (table will be set up)
• Equipment handout days
• Select other days, times, and locations will be posted as available.
  

If you are unable to return your tickets and any of the above locations or times, you must contact our Charity Mania Fundraising coordinator via email at [email protected] to schedule a time to drop off your tickets.
