Football
Hours 1-10: Heat Acclimation (Helmets only) Conditioning and USA football drills with tackling dummies
Hours 11-20: Add pads and limited CONTROLLED/THUD contact (Continue with USA Football drills with pads and add USA Football drills with player contact)
**Progression is key**
Week 2 and forward/contact limited to 25% of total practice
Hours 20+: Scrimmaging within own team and other teams allowed
Cheerleading
Hours 1-10: must include endurance training (general & specific), cardio, strength, and stability conditioning.
Hours 11-20: Must include endurance training, conditioning for jumps & tumbling, arm motion drills, & progressions to stunting, as well as cardiovascular exercises and strength & stability conditioning.
All conditioning & practice days: must begin and end with at least a 10 minute warm-up and cool-down (no exceptions).
