Coaches Book Check and walk through

Before our exhibition on October 23,
it is necessary for us to flip through books one more time
to ensure that all paper work is in order. 

At this book check, please be prepared for the following:

To review procedures for Exhibition weekend
Pay any outstanding fees
Book Checks
Ask Questions 
Turn in Music 
Review skills sheets for participants
Review Coaches Declarations Pages
We need to see ALL coaches Badges
(So we know if we need to print badges before the next week) 
Turn in Gift Baskets
Turn in Raffle Money Collected at the Time
