The mission of the Oswego Bears Pop Warner Program is to enable young people to become more than just athletes by providing competitive, fun learning opportunities for children; while emphasizing the importance of academic success. 

Pop Warner is the only National  Program striving to inspire Oswego's youth to practice the ideals of sportsmanship, scholarship and physical fitness.   Pop Warner’s commitment to academics is what separates the program from other youth sports around the world.
