The N.D.O. Hornets is a Grassroots travel basketball program for girls ages 10 to 17. Although we are a Southern Tier New York based program, we are a Nationally Recognized program with players that represent various areas in upstate New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. New to the Lady Hornets Program are the N.D.O. NYC, N.D.O. Boston, N.D.O Washington and the N.D.O. Boyz. 

It is the mission of the NDO Hornets Basketball Program to help each and every player gain national exposure and to educate and empower today’s young ladies --to instill confidence, commitment and integrity -- so that they can live a productive and successful tomorrow. Our goal is to teach young athletes self respect, respect towards their peers and community by instilling a code of ethics built on honesty, responsibility and team work.

Together, our players, families and staff work with unyielding spirit to cultivate a safe and disciplined environment so every child can reach their full potential, develop their talents and increase their skills in the game of basketball and more importantly… life. 

We believe in our ability to build a great foundation as well as an outstanding program that will help each and every player reach their ultimate basketball goal but most of all we are setting our sights on building a power house program but when it's all said and done we play for Scholarships.
