Girl's Basketball Coach

Coach Cruz was born on November 6, 1981. Born and raised in Manhattan, New York, Coach Cruz relocated to Binghamton, NY in 2001 and has been here ever since. He Serves as Teen Assistant Director for the Boy & Girls Club of Broome where he has coached the boy’s variety Basketball team in multiple championships. In 2011 he coached his team to their first ever C.Y.O Basketball championship. Growing up he was always an athletic child and played in many local tournaments. He unfortunately attended a predominantly track and field School. Coach Cruz finds his passion in training players many of who have gone on to play D1, D2, D3 college basketball. Coach Cruz’s biggest strength is his passion for the game and the love he has for the kids. He wants the best and expects the best from his students. His Motto is hard work and dedication is the tools to succeed!
